Staff friendly. Did not have any meals there. Great location and a few minutes walk to Te Papa (National Museum), CBD and restaurants and cafes.

The rooms were a nice size with great views, comfortable bed & nice bathroom. Complementary chocolates were delicious & a nice touch. The up grade to a club room with lounge access is worth the extra money.
