Have stayed at this hotel a few times now over the past few years and each time the regular staff there recognise me which is nice.
Hotel is in a great location for Deira shopping and the metro and also the airport. Rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet is ample with lots of choice.

If you're into beads, sequins and sewing craft supplies, this area is the best to stay in. For about a 10-15 minute walk, near to the Gold Souk and Naif Souk are the bead, trim, sequin and textile shops. Floor to ceiling full of supplies!!!! Also in the area are clothes, shoe shops, electronic shops, mobile phones, computers etc. With a lot of these shops you have to haggle but I find in the sewing supplies they don't come down very much - only usually if you buy bulk.
