一進飯店後，服務人員相當親切，對於我們這種外來客也沒不客氣的語氣，而且飯店旁邊就是地鐵站，十在太方便了，距離蘭布拉斯大道也差不多十分鐘的距離，離貝爾港或大教堂也相當近，但缺點是房間十在非常小，以我們之前住過的飯店來比空間差不多是單人房的空間，放2個行李箱就沒位置走動了，除此之外一切都還相當美滿

Had a nice stay for 3 nights. Friendly staff, nice and tidy rooms and not least an amazing roof top terrace with a free jacuzzi and a sunset bar.

Warm front desk service with great location
Small room with no kettle for hot water

Great location, warm front desk service with welcome drink served. The hotel condition is clean but the room is too small for us to keep our luggage, the bed is coming with moving wheel, suggest to remove the wheel and keep the bed permanently position. And we don't have kettle to boil hot water in the room.
overall is okay with this hotel.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, brilliantly located and the rooms are well equiped and extremely comfortable! The staff were very friendly and helpful and seemed like they wanted to go the extra mile!
We were a little sad the roof terrace wasnt open as it is lovely up there especially at night. However we do understand we did go early in the year, but would love to go back and experience in the Summer months.
All round a brilliant stay, so easy to get around and with hotel right next to metro, it even made easy for the slightly longer adventures.
Would recommend this hotel all day long!! Especially with the free champagne on arrival!!

Service was fantastic,quick and easy check in, and welcomed with glasses of ice cold cava.Knowledgeble staff,with brilliant spoken english.Rooms were so clean and spaceous.Breakfast was excellent every morning.Couldnt ask for a better location.

Comfortable beds. Lovely room. Great shower.Very little traffic noise. Handy for eating places. Relaxed staff but felt very safe in this city centre hotel.

On the main Via Laietana opposite the Jaume tube, ideal location for both the Gothic Quarter and Born. Close to a tourist bus stop also. Nicely decorated rooms with a pleasant roof top bar with nice views. Ticks all the boxes for a functional stay.
