Quiet and clean apartment
Light and airy. Clean with seperate kitchen.

bed was very hard but. kitchen had cookware and utensils. lift available to floor. 10 minute walk to train station and/or tram. area looks terrible with graffiti but it was quiet at night and felt safe. be aware that key has to be picked up from a different site approximately 10 minutes away which was difficult to fine.

Nice standard of the appartment. Nice place to stay while in Berlin. Easy to reach, but beware that the reception is not at the appartment door.

We were directed to another apartment due to water damages at the Pfefferbett Apartments.
The service was good, and we got a very good apartment in Mitte (center area) in stead.

la contrainte,en arrivant est de devoir aller chercher les clés da l'appartement à l'auberge,à 10 minutes à pied,dans un quartier d'anciennes usines,tout en travaux,dans une sorte de no man's land.Les parties communes de l'immeuble sont en piteux état par contre l'appartement en lui- même a été refait à neuf.Il est spacieux et offre le nécessaire.La station de métro se trouve à environ 800 mètres ,sans changement de ligne vous pouvez aller sur le centre de Berlin.Inconvénient,pas de parking privé,il se fait dans la rue:1 euro de l'heure.

Perfect ingericht, nieuw en fris appartement
Appartement is dichtbij de leukste winkelstraten van Prenzlauer Berg

Het appartement is ongeveer 5 minuten lopen vanaf de hostel waar je je sleutel ophaalt. Je kunt zien dat alles nog helemaal nieuw is en het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het enige nadeel was dat wij wel steeds ongeveer 5 à 10 minuten moesten lopen naar een metrostation. Verder is alles binnen handbereik.

sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. man kann es sich gemütlich machen und ein Gefühl wie "fast zu Hause" haben. sehr gute Lage, wenn man den Prenzlauer Berg liebt. sehr nette Betreung durch die Rezeption.
