距火车站仅10分钟车程，酒店位于繁华市中心，大堂及客房环境良好

1.从柏林中心火车站打车到达酒店大约需要10分钟，不到8欧元车费
2.需要提供给出租司机酒店详细地址，一般的司机可能不认识
3.前台服务人员服务态度一般，没有像对待西方人那样热情
4.入口旁的服务台非常优秀，服务生很周到，而且体验到了柏林先进的ipad打车服务
5.酒店门口可以租到自行车和电动两轮车，后者有兴趣的话可以体验一下
6.从酒店走到勃兰登堡门大约需要20分钟，沿途还有很多可选的购物场所，折扣加退税的话会很划算
酒店功能提示:
上网服务不用在前台申请，可直接在客房连接WIFI，按照操作说明进行缴费使用。请注意：每台上网设备（笔记本电脑，各种pad，手机）都需要“单独”缴费获得登陆权限（因为没带无线路由，不知道可否实现网络共享），包日（24小时）最低10欧元，有单次登陆流量限制，满250MB后自动断线，需重新登陆。

Good central location. Friendly, helpful staff. Close to all attractions.

A nice hotel in a great location. There is great shopping right next to the hotel and attractions such as Brandenburg Gate and Checkpoint Charlie are within walking distance. The hotel is next to Friedrichstrasse station which is only one stop from the main central station. The hotel is clean and rooms are of a reasonable size. Staff were friendly and very helpful in explaining the best ways to see local attractions. We would stay there again.

Great hotel, clean rooms, facilities, generally what you would expect from a 4 star hotel, absolutely worth the price I paid!
Loved the location, it was just right next to the train station (Friedrichstrasse) and easy to walk to the city area and attractions. It is also not that far from HBF, probably two stops away? Cant really remember, but it was very convenient.
Would come back here to stay for sure if I visit Berlin again!

i have arrived to the hotel at 9:30 am and immediately got into my room. the hotel has great location near s-bahn (direct train from sxf airport), u-bahn stations and walking distance from unter der linden street. the room was very clean and big enough. our window was pointed to the train station direction, but with closed window, we didn't hear any noise from the station.

My stay was adequate.Staff were unable to solve a problem with my key card for a very long time and there was no apology for the inconvenience. The best thing about this hotel is its location especially to public transport. Nothing terrible, nothing 4 star either.

Hotel room is clean and staff is nice. Location is great and near shopping malls, underground station and many sightseeing points. Recommend for travellers who like sightseeing and shopping.
