The Sky Dream Hotel, 普吉岛

The hotel is on the way from Phuket airport to Phuket town. It's on a very steep hill and you can't get in and out without driving or call a taxi. No restaurant, no 7-11 within 10 minutes drive. Though I booked online in advance, the staffs looked very surprised and don't know how to check me in when I got there. the manager even implies I'm not their tagret customer, and they have plent of local long stays though I met no one during my two days there. The manager offered me a drive to nearest place I can find a restaurant because I complained. And when I checked out, they tried to charge me 500 BHT for that though they didn't mentioned anything when they offer it. So in short this hotel sucks.
