司机的接送海滩本来说要我们骑摩托车带他去我们需要的海滩，结果司机没有等摩托车，把老幼放到了一个我们无法知道的地方，我们花了2个小时才找到他们，还花钱请当地的人带路，结果接回酒店的时间很快到了，我们还在找人，他们却已经来接了，结果肯定是没接到我们，然后过了2个小时酒店的人找到我们，但算了我们2次接送的费用，在我们再三要求下，才只算了1次半，此次让我们非常郁闷与不悦，关键天气闷热，老人和小孩都要受不了了！！

我們是到達機場才被告知被轉到其他的VILLA,有點覺得挺生氣的，畢竟我們已經提前一個月在跟酒店的客服在商量接機等問題，所以若換酒店也能提前告知我們。但換的酒店也是一樣的LEVEL，很大，有私家泳池，小孩一到達就馬上去玩了，酒店的食物也很棒很好吃，周圍很幽靜，還有入戶小花園，很漂亮。就是位置偏僻，除非自己租車，要不出門很麻煩

除了交通極度不便之外 ,房間周圍仲有好多四腳蛇 ,每天清潔完房間床上都會有四腳蛇的"便便",不過地方非常寬敞~~不計有四腳蛇都算不錯的RELAX型酒店~~

No taxi driver know the way
Very dangerous for girls back villa at night by any taxi, very few people around the way to villa.
Difficult to find the way, go many wrong ways.

I stay with my spouse in Layan Villa and it was satisfying. Nice pool, big room, fully furnished premises, and friendly staff was meet all our expectation. You can arrange anything with the staff through cell phone they gave to you upon check in,and i was pleased with they service during my stay there.

We stayed at a 3-bedroom pool villa. It's not very well-located but that makes it quiet. You can hire a car and drive around by yourself.

Very large rooms on a private location

The best about Layan Villa is the remoteness of its location. Some people may argue it is not accessible, however for us, it was a great short getaway. The room is very big and spacious, plus they have their own kitchen and private pool. The staff is very friendly and able to help you to go around Layan beach. They will give you a mobile phone, should you need anything.
