An older hotel, more of a hostel type
great service, very nice breakfast and great location

The hotel has seen its better days, it is quite run down but still ok for those who do want to safe some money. Rooms are reasonably clean and beds comfortable (but not pillows!). The staff is very helpful and food is very good. Do not expect any luxury and you will be fine. The hot water pressure in showers is as pathetic as anywhere else in the area. They have big rooms with more beds so one feels like in a hostel. It can be convenient for larger families thou.

Staff are friendly and helpful. On the contrary, some staff said that they find difficulties with payment and booking system which eventuallly affected us guest that booked online. They said that they prefer those guests book directly or walk in. We were surprise when we check out that we have to pay these or those, which I said that we already paid it. the lady who ask us to pay was immediately corrected by her fellow staff that. I suggest that familiarity with the online booking must be held with it, though i think the hotel is newly member hotel

Great Hotel
location, safety, value for money

I felt the Ilocano culture from getting down our ride, to the receptionists, bell boys and even security guard.
The receptionists are so efficient.
The guy who sent us to our room was so patient in explaining the amenities of the hotel.
The restaurant staff were so nice in promoting Vigan including where to by authentic Vigan products.

Nice hotel
The staff are very freindly

A pleasant well run hotel with very friendly staff who did their upmost to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is situated in the centre of Vigan with all points of interest within walking distance. The hotel is clean and rooms of a good size. They do not however have an in room safe or fidge. The breakfast is good by local standards.
