the hotel is about less than 5 mins to reach heritage street by tricycle(30 peso for 2 persons). The stuff require you to show your booking, i booked from agaoda, they need u to log in to your email and show your booking id. I do not know why they have no record at there.
The sink in the bathroom is too high. For people below 1.6m is too high.

Best ting for tis is near at the bus terminal that if you arrived late in Vigan you can find this easily.I don't like the Room though,very very small,has 2 beds but so small,the water when I took shower almost went out like I almost have no water to finish my shower.There was electric explosion also happened,good thing we were still awake when it happened.Food is just ok..

Relaxing and great stay...
the hotel is just few meters close to the bus station, calle crisologo and the room is big enough and clean.

Vigan: always been in my bucket list; walking on the historical old streets of Vigan brought my back to old Spanish Colonial Era; felt as if I was one of Rizal's character in his novels; If one thing i must commend Vigan and Ilocos as a whole is that... they are HONEST.. restaurant will take sometime to serve. But overall, It was nice, fun and educating.

While I was away I asked the wife to call this hotel to see if we could bring an extra child to stay in the family room as company for my 8 year old niece.my wife was told by the manager that we were not welcome with an 8 year old . on my return I tried to contact this manager but was only able to get a girl who said she has only worked there for a week, the manager was not contactable and would not talk to me. I should have taken notice of all the negative feed back this hotel has received in the past and I suggest to stay away from this hotel as totally un friendly

It was a good catch for a budget hotel
Although it was fairly new, the room that we had was ready for occupancy. It has 2 twin beds, airconditioned, with a phone, cable tv; and hot n cold shower. The staff were accomodating and friendly.

the front desk would require you to leave your room keys everytime you leave the hotel. this was initially ok, until we got back in less than 15 minutes and our room key was nowhere to be found. the front desk told us that their manager took our keys to check them. this infuriated us as we were assured that the keys would not be used to access our rooms before we check-out. the manager came out with our room keys after our "almost a lifetime" of waiting and complaining at the front desk. also the view from our room window was a graveyard. the hotel is located in front of a market and at the rear part of it is a cemetery.
