Hospitable From Owner to Housekeeper.
Very peaceful and quiet place to stay.

From the owner to the staff they were all accommodating.We felt at home.We slept comfortably during our 5 day stay.Although our one night was forfeited due to typhoon we were'nt able to check in on our fist day,still the owner was kind enough to let us make use of the forfeited night without extra charge.All the staff were very helpful of our needs.Their food serving was much of the ordinary.For P40-50 you can have a chicken,rice,soup,coffee, banana,pandesal(bread 15pcs.),butter&jam.They have refrigirator and hot&cold water dispenser outside the room that you can use for free.
The only thing that we dont like was the aircon,it was very slow and it would take an hour before you can feel the cool air.
But over all it is a nice a place to stay if like to have a comfortable and quiet sleep.

Small friendly guesthouse.
close to the city centre.you can walk to ncc mall and other venues.

Mostly a student resident but they are friendly and the stay is quiet.Kind of like being at home.It's comfortable and has a pleasant casual atmosphere.The neighbourhood is clean and quiet being in a residential area.Close to higher class schools and colleges.The students are pretty good.No squatters or vendors hanging around.I will use this guesthouse in future visits to Davao.

If you have a car,stay away during rush hours. Parking is a nightmare,having to move your vehicle when somebody wants out or wait for someone else to move so you can get out.

Quite and in nice area

the rooms are nice and large with comfortables beds. theres plenty of nice restuarants nearby. the hotel was under restoration but was ok to stay and had a nice garden. the owner and staff where very helpful, but the internet wasnt working unfortunately.

Das Guesthouse liegt etwas außerhalb der City, obwohl gleich in der Nähe ein Shoppingcenter ist. Zur City sollte man ein Taxi nehmen. Das Guesthouse liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und hat einen kleinen Garten, wo man auch auf der Terrasse sitzen kann und das Frühstück einnimmt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und für den Preis o.k. Die Familie und das Personal war freundlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
