The English standard for the staff has to be improved. Seating for breakfast from 8:30 to 9:30 is a bit crowded. Variety of food for breakfast has to be improved.
Near Shinsaibashi subway (turn left after leaving hotel and can reach a connection within 80 steps). Equipped with hairdryer and everything you need for either business travel or sightseeing. Highly convenient with a good Ramen restaurant (Mannen) in the street opposite to the side entrance of Hotel Trusty nearby. Post office and shoe mending stores can be found just opposite to Hotel Villa Fountaine.
