這是我這次的旅程中最大的驚喜,本以為泗水不會有什麼好飯店,但是從我ㄧ進TS,它就給我不斷的驚喜,從服務人員的態度,房間的安排,尤其是房間的 View,進房親切服務的態度,整個酒店充滿放鬆的氛微,讓我有ㄧ個舒適的旅程,我預計2013年初還會再去,我想TS是我第一選擇,希望2013年我再去時能維持這一貫的服務方式

i really enjoy my stay in TS suite hotel, i stayed in 9th floor with no tall building in surronding you can enjoy whole surabaya city view and it close to shopping centre with a lot of good foods

the bathroom, the view, lovely helpful staff. close to excellent choice of restaurants.

had a nice stay although it was only a short one. It is situated close to great restaurants. A very comfortable room and amazing bathroom.

Best Value for Money hotel in Surabaya
nice big rooms with great service. Attached to shopping mall. great staffs

Free minibar! Great location and check in is fast and easy. Only letdown (and it's a really small one) is that the hotel is only served by lifts, which can be slow at peak hours
