总体来说还是挺不错的，就是没什么娱乐设施，对于我们这种外出度假的人来说消遣还是最需要做的事情，不过酒店的工作人员服务态度是非常好的，这点我最满意。

住5晚，酒店大堂很有特色，手绘的旋转楼梯及布满墙面的画，以及非常有特色的大厅摆设，房间虽说不大，但舒适干净已经很不错了，是大多数国内酒店无法比的。酒店有提供免费饮用水。
餐饮提示:
从酒店出发去皇宫及MF街都比较方便，推荐租摩托车出行，5万印尼盾每天的费用还是相对很低的，推荐美食有皇宫附近的nomad、三只猴子。wayan cafe等。

I had a pleasant stay at artotel Surabaya. Unfortunately it is only for one evening since I have to go somewhere else. I would definitely stay there again if i go to Surabaya.

Hotel has nice art design
Good design, Clean and simple room, welcome staff in receptions.

I am staying at Artotel for doing business trip in Surabaya (east java), i found this hotel as recommendation from my colleague. Hotel has nice design overall. Reception staff also warm welcome.
For room, its bit small ( i took the 20sqm room , its has few choices of room size ). The minus from this room is no refrigerator/mini bar.
Plus point : internet is free with good speed, breakfast has good coffee (machine)that for me is important to have good coffee in the morning, and friendly staff, quite surrounding so not much noise while you were sleeping.

Pros: efficient and fast check in - check out, friendly staff, clean room, comfort bed, artistic design, the breakfast and restaurant menu are not bad, free internet wifi in room with average speed.
Cons: wall and door are not thick enough so we can hear noisy kids yelling and screaming in the hallway, no fitness center
