hotel suiting my requirement
Close to the place where I had gone for my work

I was required to go to Gurgaon for an urgent business. Although I have gone to Delhi quite often but this was first time I went Gurgaon. I regularly book my rooms through Agoda and this time it was no different as their grading and description always was correct and to the point. This time also it was exactly as it was described and I had the value for money. It suited to my requirement and recommend to others also.

its a average hotel . Don't expect too much . Small rooms. Air con is bad although staffs and house keeping is extremely cooperative. Excellent food in its restaurants. Must try barbeque.

A great 4 star hotel, good value

The Great Western Sky City Hotel, Gurgaon, was by far the best Hotel during our travels in India mainly due to the staff.
Rooms were very clean, average size, with all the amenities.
Breakfast had a good range of delicious cusine, and manage by a professional manager,( Parveen ), who went out of his way to appease you.
During our stay we utilised the services of the hotel transportation system and had a professional driver who drove us to Agra and took us all the good shopping areas in delhi, our thanks to Mr Akil Ahmad.
Last but not least our thanks to Sheetal with her bubbly personality.

Decent room for the price..
Rooms with wifi, and ideal for business traveller

cons: room was pretty cold and the air-conditioner doesn't have a warm option and the bathroom was smelly. this was promptly attended to by the housekeeping.
food ordered from room service and al a carte was good but the breakfast spread and service were not up to the mark.
front office staff was quite helpful.

Lovely hotel with great staffs and services

I was in Dehli for the first time. We book a suite in this hotel. By the time we reached it was 2 am and we were very tired. The staff welcomed us very well even at the late hour. Within few minutes all check in process was done and our room was ready. The room was big and well decorated. The room had everything as said on the page during booking. The net connection was also good as we were scared as the privious hotel we been to had problems with the connection. The next day we had to go out , since only two of us we requested for a indica from the hotel. Since that car was out they replaced with a bigger car but only charged us for the car that we req. they were really room in taking care of their guest. At that evening after a long tiring day we went for a massage at the hotel spa. That did a very good joy for a good price. As hotel had a check out policy at 12noon the next day we had to leave. But out flight was only at 7pm. The staff there were really good, they allowed us to stay till 5 without any extra charges. I would really say that here they see the satisfaction of guest then just charging for ever service they provide .
