reasonable price and very friendly and helpful frontdesk + bellmen
hostile stuff, especially the housekeeping supervisor,who should need some more training; staff thought they have the legitimate curiosity and power to keep an eye on the hotel guest. It was very weird experience!
The food in the bar was not clean which left me a great stomach problem; Waiters in the cafe (for the breakfast) tended to think they were the boss and the guests were the servants. It was so difficult to get a cup of tea that you had to get it yourself. Once you tried to take photos in the garden, several staff would either intervene to say no or report someone else to stop you! It was a very disturbing experience to stay in this hotel. I will never come back.
